Have you ever heard of We Give Books?
This site also provides stories read aloud online. Two wonderful things about it. Number one, it is free (although you do need to create an account and sign in). Number two, each time you read/listen a story through their website they donate a book to a child in need. You can pick the campaign you would like to support.
What could be better than enjoying a story online, all the while you are helping to put a book into a child's hands?!

I went to the website a few weeks ago and loved it. I went back today and am not getting sound. Is there something I am doing wrong? I want to use this with my kids so they can listen to stories online.
